Finding your way through the mist
Haven‘t been extremely motivated work on on the website, just way too much going on. It just seems like I‘ve been thrown a lot of obstacles, and the higher power is trying to see how much I can take before a break. It has actually just been a very difficult start of this new year, just seems like I can‘t get a break. And so today, or at least couple hours ago, Friday to be exact. My grandfather passed away. I am mostly just numb, and I think it‘s not completely sunk in yet, but that‘s likely to change at the funeral, most realizations of what is just lost get their full impact than. Or is it just the contagious sorrow in morning. Don‘t care at the moment, just want to continue being so numb.
The worst part is that the last time we spoke is mad and pain and in anger said some things I can‘t seem to put out of my mind. Even though I didn‘t do anything wrong. But I‘m still grateful that I got to say by before he passed, even though he was asleep. But those words, those last words of his, even though he may not have meant them, they will still remain carved in my heart as his last words.
Now at least he is at peace and hopefully in a better place.

Dream addiction
When you feel like your life is filled with nothing but gray colors,then it‘s easy to escape to the peaceful place of sleep. A place where your createand control your own world, conscious or subconscious. For so many this is a place, this is a place where so many, go to hide away from reality.
I have even found myself seeking more and more, seeking out the dreamworld. And sometimes I even find myself acting out stories that I write, and work on.
Dreams, such a funny thing, so very important for most of us, for so many reasons.
But still we curse our need for sleep.
I truly hate my need for sleep, but still dreams are essential for my creative process.
The addiction ,attempting to close your eyes, to walk into you‘re own litle world .
Because if not for dreams, what is then left to tempt us to rest.
Because even if your life filled with gray colors,
dreams always filled the colors of that rainbow.

I am freaking out with joy at the moment, just received a glossy print of my new picture (clik hear to see) 30×45cm big,and it‘s looking fantastic. Of course it‘s going straight up on my wall. This picture is extra special to me, mainly because I decided to work this one, some inspiration for the book The secret. So for the version I printed out, I added extra text to books coversin the back, just basically naming myself as authorof some of the books, titles of books and stories that I have started working on, or just scribbled down theide of them.
And since this was mainly supposed to be a Christmas present to four of my best friends, I added stuff about them to, since all for have the potential and passion to become great authors if they wish to. Actually when I looked into the future I always see all of us, making it big time in the in the book business. This picture I did was mainly to inspire us all to work more on our books.
This picture was also an inspiration from old part of my oldest story, and I think you may even be seeing a little more of a place, in the story I call the place the Library of time,and the keeper and sole guardian of this library is of course a Dragon. I‘m actually thinking of trying to draw the whole library as I see it in my head of course the Dragon to.
I am so happy, and I finally think I‘ve found my style, my very own style. Release concerning all the art connect to the stories of mine.

My Tarot reading for 2010
Every year, in the beginning of a new year, I try to do predict, how my year is going to be. Even though I‘m told that I am a very accurate, when predicting the future with my Tarot cards, I usually don‘t read them for myself,sometimes for guidance so, maybe one or two cards, but nothing more than that usually.
It‘s very common that readers of Tarot cards have a hard time reading ther own cards when it concerns themselves, and I‘m no exception.
It will be curious see, what people see out of these cards,of course I know what they mean.
But still here is a little sneak peek to my months to come.
And if you think you have what it takes to read my cards, let me know what you see, and posts in the comments. It would be fun to see, when the year has passed, who was right and what‘s wrong.

A new year filled with new opportunities.
I think one of the best things about starting a new year, and it always feels like you can push aside all the bad things from the year before, and start on a clean slate. It doesn‘t matter if it‘s true or not, because the only thing that really matters, is that you feel you‘ve got another chance I‘m doing better this year. Last year had its ups and downs,having no job puts its toll on you, and been rejected over and over again doesn‘t help either. But instead of rodding away in my isolated depression, I started looking for ways to become my own boss, mainly by testing out things I found on the big web. My writing finally started making some progress,and hoping that I start the new year by finishing first manuscript. Also in 2009 I learn how to make the website. Made my very own portfolio, Game site, coloring site and community and directory website for all those walk the path of magic and divination : www.galdur.org .
And considering how little I know about computers,that alone is major for me. I still have a long way to go, things will get better and better as I continue learning new things. I‘m hoping that one day I will be able to earn a living, from my websites or stories. So that‘s the goal for 2010. Since Iceland is more or less going down the drain, best keeps options open. And if I‘m extremely lucky, maybe I will even get my book published. That would be dream come true, a dream worth pursuing. Work hard, aim high and never stop until you reach your goal. And when that is done you‘ll just have to find yourself a higher goal ;D

I so do hope that everyone is having a fantastic holiday. Mine personally has been wonderful so far, except for splitting headaches, but that is nothing new.
